Tartufo means “Truffle”, but in this case do not expect anything very expensive and rare on your table.

The Tartufo is also a, Ice-Cream Desert with a very old story:

You can order it in most Restaurants and even Supermarkets.

You can eat as desert and even add an Espresso Coffee on it (ask the waiter: Affogato al caffè)
