"Villa Gambassi" is located in Gambassi Terme, in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
The hill on which it stands overlooks a wonderful hilly landscape where you can admire the Towers of San Gimignano, the historic center of Certaldo Alto and, in the distance, the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
The strategic position allows you to visit the most famous tourist attractions, such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Livorno… and to taste the excellent Chianti wines from nearby companies.
Furthermore, for lovers of trekking and sport, it will be possible to travel on foot or by bike, the beautiful stretches of the famous Via Francigena, very close to our apartments or to make beautiful excursions on horseback in the nearby stables.
The Villa consists of the union of two apartments that can be joined: Quercia and Olivo.
"Quercia" apartment has an independent entrance and consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with fireplace and equipped with gas oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and gas hob.
From the kitchen you have access through a French door to a beautiful private covered veranda overlooking a portion of the private garden.
"Olivo" apartment has an independent entrance and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with gas oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and gas hob. And relaxation corner with fireplace and a French sofa bed recommended for 2 children or 1 adult.
The apartment opens out onto a private covered veranda overlooking a portion of the private garden.
In the large garden it is possible to dine outdoors, and it is also equipped with a barbecue for summer barbecues.
Available services: washing machine, air conditioning (on request), heating (on payment according to consumption), possibility of cots and high chairs (free and on request), safe, free Wi-Fi, electricity, water and gas included.
The tourist tax is not included and varies according to the laws in force.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The Villa is fabulous. Spacious and inviting. Our communications were good, the grounds were beautiful and location was perfect.

A couple things.. the beds and pillows are hard. May I suggest a soft mattress topper? We were unable to locate extra toilet paper and had to ask for some to be brought over. We feel there should have been extra stock somewhere. Also providing dishwsee more

We feel there should have been extra stock somewhere. Also providing dishwasher pucks and laundry detergent would be great because otherwise it means having to go buy it and only do a load of each then leaving it all behind. I also think a small manual of where to find things and in the villa would make things easier upon arrival. supplying pool towels would be a big plus. But we loved our stay and Mario is a great host!!!
