A 10-minute walk from the most exclusive sea in Tuscany, it can accommodate up to 11 people in five comfortable rooms on two floors, one of which is in the annex.
The large equipped and completely fenced garden offers complete privacy.
Furnished with care and complete with every comfort, Villa Versilia is the ideal place for family reunions.
Access to the upper floor is also guaranteed for people with reduced mobility who have problems using the stairs.
On the first floor of the Villa there are 2 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
On the ground floor a single room (with extra bed on request) with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and huge living room with dining areas, sofas and bridge table.
The external veranda which leads into the beautiful garden hosts various seats and a large external dining table just in front of the kitchen.
The annex, a few meters from the villa in the same garden, consists of a triple room with double bed and single sofa bed, en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
The surrounding wall guarantees privacy and security even for your medium-sized four-legged friend.
In the immediate vicinity you can rent the characteristic and very useful bicycles.
The most famous and elegant beaches including the famous Twiga are just a few minutes by bike. As well as the Versiliana and the famous Versiliana.

From the beginning we have met the lady in charge of the house and she walked us through the house. The house itself, it is absolutely stunning, we were very impressed by the interior design, as well as the rooms and bathrooms. We were traveling withsee more
From the beginning we have met the lady in charge of the house and she walked us through the house. The house itself, it is absolutely stunning, we were very impressed by the interior design, as well as the rooms and bathrooms. We were traveling with 2 dogs, and the Garden was amazing for them but also for us due to beautiful Palm trees that made such a nice view. The house and the Garden offer a lot of intimacy. Furthermore, we asked the hosts to give us a some recommendations for restaurants and for Other activities to Look around. She gave us a very long list of restaurants, shops, Boats to rent, etc. The hosts were very responsive to our needs. Moreover, When we arrived they were Waiting for us with fresh fruits and snacks for the kids and a beers for my husband and Aperol for the ladies. Also… there was coffee Waiting for us, as well as Both stil and sparkling water. Our stay has exceeded our expectations…
