Villa Bagnano Certaldo - Chalet

We are in the middle of the most beautiful Tuscan countryside. In a hilly town between Florence and Siena a few kilometers from the sensational towers of San Gimignano.

The Villa has just been renovated redesigning the spaces and a new private pool has also been added! For exclusive use!

Around the house vegetation and animals are the masters, from the garden of the upper apartment and from the swimming pool we can see the horses, as it is not difficult to spot roe deer, foxes or other animals typical of our area near the house.

For the more sporty, our area offers itineraries with breathtaking landscapes both by mountain bike and on foot as well as horse riding excursions that can be done in the nearby stables.

The owners of the house offer the Dog-sitter service (for a fee) to give you the opportunity to have every experience that the area offers, leaving your 4-legged friends in safe hands.

The Villa consists of three apartments. Two are communicating from the inside and the third is not, which is why they also offer a particular and additional privacy.

Each apartment has its own characteristics. One in rustic Tuscan style with exposed chestnut beams consists of a large living room with kitchen, equipped with gas cooking corner, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and two comfortable double bedrooms.
The living room overlooks a spacious private garden where it is possible to dine while enjoying the panorama characterized by the typical Tuscan hills. The outdoor area is also equipped with a barbecue for summer barbecues.

The other consists of one or two double bedrooms depending on your needs, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen, equipped with gas cooking corner, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, and wood-burning fireplace.
The living room overlooks a private garden with a new Veranda fully equipped with sofas and a dining table.
The exterior is equipped with a barbecue for summer grilling.

And finally the third one with two double bedrooms, typical Tuscan ceilings in the bedrooms and in the bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room / kitchen overlooks the fully equipped garden and one bedroom has a very nice and habitable balcony.
The exterior is equipped with a barbecue for grilling. So you will have three large private and independent outdoor spaces at your disposal!

Paid services: air condition, heating (depending on use), dog sitter service. Riding stables 2 km away.
