Villa Capezzine is the last restoration we started in June 2007. It has been declared "Historical Monument" Villa Capezzine is situated in the famous community of Cortona (“Under the Tuscan Sun”: have you seen this funny movie?), on the "scenic road" that takes you from Cortona to Montepulciano. It is one of the most active communities in Tuscany: “The Tuscan Sun Festival” (Robert Redford was there in 2008), the antique show and many other events are world famous. The Villa is very well situated: in the middle of the most beautiful countryside of Tuscany and Umbria, overlooking some of the most famous wineries of the “Vino Nobile of Montepulciano” (Avignonesi) and just minutes away from the most important driving roads. This will allow you to plan daily exploration all over Tuscany and Umbria. But in case you want to relax, Villa Capezzine offers you a unique swim in its pool and the unique panorama you have from there. You can also enjoy the BBQ after your lazy life in the sun and in the big garden.

Il Girasole Apartment has two bedrooms (one queen- and one king-size bed) and is luxuriously furnished, with really fully equipped Kitchens and private bathrooms with showers. Restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away and there are no white roads to reach the Villa. Villa Capezzine's apartments offer:

Il Girasole is facing directly the beautiful garden, where there is a private outside space for relaxing and out-dinner. Two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second one with a queen-size bed. The Bathroom has a large, comfortable shower with thermostatic control, two basins and bidet. |
The more than 5.000 square meters garden offers a 360° stunning view. There is a private swimming pool, BBQs and private areas for eating and relaxing. An electric gate and reserved parking spaces complete the property. |
